  Great workmanship and communication throughout the process on refurbishing commercial space and residential flat. All work done to a high standard and passed inspection easily. Work included removing walls, steel work, fire proofing, sound proofing, insulating, plastering, tiling, concrete, brickwork and damp proofing. I have confidence in SD construction and look forward to using their services in the long term having already used them a few times. Keep up the good work all the best.

  Bathroom Renovation

  Was recommended by couple of colleagues who had major work done by the builder. I personally met the builder at my parents house to discuss converting an existing Bathroom to a large wetroom including knocking a wall down of a small storeroom. The builder was very accomodating,knew exactly what I wanted for my parents.We agreed the cost......I supply all materials required and time scale for the work to complete which went over due to no fault of he's.I even had a change of plan while he was working but no issues he happily fulfilled it. Would definitely recommend.

  I’m very pleased with the work carried out on my house. He was professional, reliable, and completed everything to a very high standard.
