After completing our extension in 2017 we approached SD Construction again for a relatively small but complicated piece of internal builders work. This involved removing a brickwork wall, reconfiguring heating pipework, building a new studwork pipe duct and replastering. Seymor co-ordinated all the required trades and the work was carried out in a very timely and professional manner. From our initial enquiry to completion of the work our experience has been excellent.

I couldn't be happier with all the first fix works (carpentry, plumbing, electrics and dry lining) completed by the team at SD Construction. From start to finish, every aspect has been completed to a high standard, including electrical work that wasn't initially quoted for but was felt would be beneficial, which it has been. I have been fully informed of all works at every stage - communication has been excellent. Attention to detail has been second to none, works completed on (or ahead of) schedule and the site has been kept immaculately neat and tidy throughout. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend SD Construction for anyone looking for a building company for an extension, or any other building works. The quote I received was competitive, and all the work carried out has been to a high standard. Communication has been excellent, from regular updates, to giving advice regarding choices needing to be made. I was amazed with how neat and tidy the building site was kept, with everything left organised and clear, ready for the next day. All work was completed on (or ahead of) schedule, with minimal disruption. All in all, a skilled, friendly and reliable team.

As a retired Solicitor and having been involved in many building claims for client’s over the last 45 years because of bad workmanship or trying to recover monies paid in advance when the builders did not attend the property , when it came to me instructing a builder to undertake an extension , I was very cautious . I obtained various quotes but Seymor provided a very competitive quote . He and his men not only very tidy every day but the workmanship and supervision by Seymor was excellent .I would have no hesitation in recommending Seymor to any other person who require any building work .

Seymor has got great attention to detail and will not let anything pass that isn’t done correctly or will not work practically. The trades he uses are all very conscientious, professional and friendly. Seymor loves his site to be tidy and ensures all materials / rubbish is cleared each day. We also had other works going on and Seymor was very accommodating for this and made sure there was communication between all parties.
