  Double storey extension

  Sean and his team built our two storey extension this spring/ summer. I have to praise them on their exceptional attitude, politeness and speed. I can also praise Harry and Leo on their superb brick laying skills. They have all worked very hard and nothing was ever problem for them. Also all Sean’s subcontractor’s work was excellent - Stuart for all his plumbing skills and moving our boiler to new utility room, Rhys and Oz for all their electrical work, Buz and Charlie for carpentry. I can 100% recommend SD Brickwork as a professional & reliable company.

  Simply Brilliant - Extension and Summerhouse, Portchester

  From initial enquiry to project completion, Sean and his team were exceptional. A detailed consultation to ensure all costs were covered and info on what was in the package and what wasn’t was absolutely key. Once the order was placed, both myself as a client and SD brickwork knew exactly what the scope of works entailed. From day one, Sean instilled confidence by visiting our neighbours to manage expectations. The build was on time and on budget with a very small and fair variation account. SD Brickwork’s attention to detail and standards of work are first class and I highly recommend!

  Kitchen extension and renovation of downstairs

  Throughout the whole process communication has been excellent and nothing has been to much trouble. Work has been carried out to a high standard and the renovation process has been made so much easier by Sean and his team by them being approachable and generally nice people to have in your home.   Works to lounge and Back garden.

  Driveway and patios completed to a very high standard.

  Sean and his brilliant team built a driveway (50sq m) and 2 small patios in 10 days. They worked incredibly hard from 8am until 5pm each day. They were polite, friendly and consulted us throughout the job. They paid great attention to detail and we are delighted with the finish. Sean and his team dug down a great depth adding additional drainage. We had block paving laid and the job was very precise. A nice flat surface now drains the excess water perfectly. A very heavy downpour last week proved what a high quality job they'd done! We are really impressed and have recommended them to others.
