Great experience from start to finish. friendly and approachable with a key focus on customer service. the work was completed quickly and to great quality. all waste and debris removed and a follow up quality check after to sign off the work. Excellent from start to finish. Survey for the job great, helpful friendly, got the quote the following day. The guys that came to do the work were excellent, polite, friendly, punctual and hard working. Cleared up after themselves. They did an extra job for us, a row of ridge tiles, buts the first row we had done a while back into second place. The new roof window they replaced in our bedroom loft conversion was an excellent job, no touching up to the inside decoration needed at all. Steve and his team of amazing guys did such a brilliant job of installing my new roof. From start to finish their work was clean, respectful and they had it all done so quick. Steve was quick to step in and support on an issue with a balcony roof on our 3 year old town house. Right from the first conversation, he did what he said he would. He turned up to the first appointment on time, was always friendly and polite and greeted us with a smile and took the time to diagnose the issue, understand our budget and timeframe. Paul, the roofer’s work is outstanding. His work is meticulous.
