Very poor workmanship when tiling my kitchen. After he finished I noticed tiles Steve cut were chipped or scratched. When I fed this back to him he said it was part of the cutting process and said he couldn’t replace them as he was busy for the next few months. I’ve since had a professional tiler to inspect the work and they completely disregareed that the damages were part of the cutting process. There is also very poorly cut trims on the entire job. I have to pay £230 to get this fixed. He offered a £50 refund only! Awful tradesman and poor workmanship

Hi, Thanks for feedback first of all I apologize for this issue however, I don’t understand how you can leave a negative feedback when over the two part days doing this job you mentioned a few times how you were pleased with the finished and it being a fantastic job and then paying in full at the end of the job. Then 24 hours later you complain about 4 or 5 marked tiles not 18 as you mention in your complaint (Which seeing the pictures were very very tiny marks unfortunately made but the cutter). As I could not return for a few months to rectify these tiles due tio my workload I offered and paid a £50 refund. I find it hard to believe you not only found another tiler within 24 hours but got the tiler to come out and check my work. As a returning customer you must have been happy before All I can say to other customers please check and read my other feedback on this site and others I belong to for a true measure of me and my work.
