  Fix Brazillian T2 Kombi Camper Van that would not start

  Our T2 camper had not been running right for some time. An then it failed to start at all. So we called Scott who had previously replaced a faulty starter motor. Scott fixed the problem and now it starts every time. This weekend (Apr 2023) we drove it for the fist time since it's been hiberating in the garage. It drove like a dream. Thanks, Scott.

  Suspected Head Gasket Problem

  I contacted Scott when I became concerned about the steam in the exhaust gases from my car. He accepted my booking at very short notice. Scott arrived promptly at my home and gave a very professional and detailed inspection of the engine. He was very reassuring and performed detailed check of the coolant for traces of exhaust gases. Overall I was very impressed with Scott’s obvious mechanical knowledge and his thorough technique. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott should you have any problems with your vehicle.   Replace Starter Motor on VW T2 Camper

  Scott did an excellent job of replacing the broken starter motor on our Brazilian Kombi (T2) water cooled VW Campervan. He was able to get the old starter off while the van was still on the ground in our garage. Ordered a new part and was back the next day at the time he stated to fit the new one. I would thoroughly recommend Scott after being let down by two other mobile mechanics we had already tried.

  Leak in the coolant system

  Campervan wouldn't start

  Scott turned up as organised and promptly diagnosed the issue. He sorted the issue quickly and also managed to fix a diesel leak after he got the engine started. Great service and value, highly recommended.
