Simon turned up when he said he would, was friendly and professional. He found the fault within 5 minutes and solved the problem in another 5. He can take card or cash, so there were no issues in taking payment of any kind.

Had Simon come over a couple of days ago to conduct a professional documentation of our oven's problem. He found the fault very quickly, ran some tests to confirm everything else was working fine, and sent over a copy of his job report the next day as he said he would.
