3rd issue we have had with the machine, all separate issues, all fixed by SD appliances. The latest issue was with the drum not moving. The machine required a new motor which was quickly sorted by SD Appliance. Each time SD has arrived he has been prompt, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the issue without hassle. Repeat customers for a good reason and will recommend onto family/friends if they have appliance issues.

Our washing machine had a drainage issue, and after consulting Checkatrade, we decided upon SD Appliance Repairs. Our initial slot was for mid-afternoon, but after a quick call at around 12, our engineer arrived before 1. Throughout he was polite and respectful, taking great care with our machine, and was thorough and methodical: starting with the connection to the sink, and working backwards. He regularly tested the drainage, and didn’t stop until he was satisfied that there were no other obstructions. He tided any mess he made, and left the kitchen looking the way it did when he arrived.
