Scott responded to my sos immediately and stopped a leak in my hot water tank which had already been leaking through the ceiling unbeknown to me. He then rearranged his day and came back the next day to replace the tank. He tidied up the pipework, added lever taps and left me feeling fully satisfied and confident he had done an excellent job.
