  Overpriced Hustler and Abusive mistreatment – Avoid

  Paid £500 for a deep clean, but received a poor, surface-level job. Only spray and paper towels used, leaving sticky residue and marks on brand new items, including my fridge. When I raised concerns, the cleaners became aggressive — shouting, swearing, and verbally mistreating me in my own home. I was left shaken and intimidated. This was not just unprofessional, it was unacceptable and distressing. Strongly urge others to avoid this company.

  Deep clean

  We hired scrub hub for a deep cleaning of our new house! We could not be any happier with their work.they cleaned all rooms also carpet cleaned all rooms. The communication from the team were absolutely fantastic. All 3 workers that came to clean our house were very hardworking. Booked in for further cleans.

  Deep clean

  While the team were lovely and hardworking, the result of their efforts weren’t great at all. I was told I was getting a deep clean and many areas are still far from clean. The floor especially had to be re-mopped as it was still full of product and still really dirty (see pic). The team used kitchen roll to do the majority of the clean and then proceeded to leave some of the dirty kitchen roll on the carpet (see pic). It didn’t feel like they have the appropriate tools for the job (e.g. proper cloths for different surfaces). Such a shame as we had really high hopes!
