  Bathroom refurbishment.

  On needing a bathroom to be refurbished, I decided on Scrase Property. I have no regrets. Jason Scrase is Professional, Polite and helpful. As a tradesmen, I was struck by how clean and tidy he left my home each day. Excellent job. I do highly recommend Scrase Property.

  I have used Jason for many years and he never lets us down. His previous jobs were to a high standard, which included a shower room refit and refurb. It was a no brainer calling on Jason’s skillset once again, and he did very well with the jobs tasked. In fact what started off as one simple job extended into three which he was able to complete at a good pace. It was a simple replace two taps in separate bathrooms, as well as a new flush system for a toilet cistern in this occasion on top of the emergency aid we had from him, as a flexihose had ruptured the night before. Thank you.

  Jason was prompt in his response which we really appreciated. Jason always discusses the work that needs to be done we options for coasts of materials etc. He comes when he says he is going to come (which is not the case with many traders). We have used Scrase Properties on previous occasions and Jason is always such a tidy worker and such a pleasant man. We have always been very pleased with his work and would highly recommend, to everyone Thank you Jason

  Refurbishment of a flat including bathroom installation and redecoration throughout

  Jason has completely transformed our very tired two bedroomed flat in Kemptown and has far exceeded our expectations for the property. The quality of the finish is outstanding and reflects his professional skill, care and attention to detail. Throughout the project, Jason kept us fully informed with regular phone calls and video updates. He has a friendly and approachable manner and was always available to discuss the works, giving excellent professional advice. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jason and we hope to work with him again in the future.
