It’s always good to have someone turn up who obviously knows what he is doing.

Requested a Water Softener service, was advised it would be £120, engineer arrived and was gone in just over 15 minutes, job sheet they sent me after stated arrival and completion times showing 45 minutes on site, queried with office, they advised jobs are allocated 45 minute appointment times, queried why they would allow 45min appts if the job only takes 15 minutes and why engineer stated false arrival time, no apology for that or satisfactory answers received, advise caution with this company!

I was having a problem with my water softener which wasn't softening the water. I was phoning around trying to get it serviced and repaired with no luck until I phoned Scott Jenkins and spoke to Christy who was amazing so helpful unfortunately we were outside their area 2.5 hours away. Anyway she didn't just say sorry but went through my problems and explained what was wrong and how I could fix it. I did everything she suggested and now I have a fully functioning softener. I can't thank her enough what an amazing company. Highly recommended.

I contacted Scott Jenkins to enquire about a water softener system for my new build home in Petersfield. From first contact to final install Scott and his team were really helpful. Could not fault the communications and professionalism of this family run company. Scot installed a MolliVita softener and a MolliPure filter along with a 3 lever cirrus chrome tap. The system bypassed my outside tap and was installed in a tucked away next-to-sink cupboard and commissioned all within 3 hours. Great company great experience. Thanks Scott and team!
