Had to have a new casing outside as the other one was getting worn out. This was done to satisfaction and has been working correctly ever since.

Following the yearly maintenance visit for our Intruder Alarm System (always carried out efficiently) we were advised we needed a new Bell Box - a few weeks later John arrived to fit the Box which (of course) looks a lot smarter and works efficiently.

Cameron is an absolute expert in his field as is the manager,James.Cameron works flat-out to carry out the brief,hardly taking a break.Prices are reasonable,office staff(Kelly and Olivia)efficient,polite knowledgeable, even the apprentices(Alfie)are very personable..I would thoroughly recommend this company...beware cowboys in this industry..you need fully accredited company.

Angry with £104 bill to change a sensor battery. They were here 4 months ago to do the same work. After 4+ years why not change all batteries at the same time? This would be much cheaper than several call outs each time battery fails. Also they did not rush to attend to our problem so we were unprotected!

James and his team were very quick, efficient and courteous. We now have an all singing and dancing alarm system and would happily recommend their services.

Dan turned up on time and showed me how the system worked As we have inherited this system. He also set up my phone to ring in the event of the alarm being triggered - a nice unexpected feature! The engineer was knowledgeable and would use them in the future.
