Cameron is an absolute expert in his field as is the manager,James.Cameron works flat-out to carry out the brief,hardly taking a break.Prices are reasonable,office staff(Kelly and Olivia)efficient,polite knowledgeable, even the apprentices(Alfie)are very personable..I would thoroughly recommend this company...beware cowboys in this industry..you need fully accredited company.

Angry with £104 bill to change a sensor battery. They were here 4 months ago to do the same work. After 4+ years why not change all batteries at the same time? This would be much cheaper than several call outs each time battery fails. Also they did not rush to attend to our problem so we were unprotected!

James and his team were very quick, efficient and courteous. We now have an all singing and dancing alarm system and would happily recommend their services.

Dan turned up on time and showed me how the system worked As we have inherited this system. He also set up my phone to ring in the event of the alarm being triggered - a nice unexpected feature! The engineer was knowledgeable and would use them in the future.

Arrived earlier than said and here for 20 minutes, so had left by the time I arrived for when they were due. My husband was home on a teams call. Charged £165.60 for a service and replacement battery which they recorded was over 12 years old. As Scorpio intalled he alarm system 8 years ago, not sure why the battery was over 12 years old. Looked up the battery cost online and it was c£10-15. Have been a regular customer so disappointed with this service.
