I bought a house and needed an alarm to be reset so I could use it plus rerouting one contact sensor. Charles was friendly and helpful, communication was good at first. However he didn't bring the correct equipment so failed to finish the job but took full payment. He sent a colleague a second time to finish the job however communication was poor on the day and had to ring and text to find out what time they were coming. Again couldn't finish the job has they had faulty equipment. Third appointment, my calls and text were completely ignored and they never finished the job but had full payment.
