  Reaffixing loose slate tiles and replacing faulty lead soakers

  A good roofer is hard to find. Ryan of Scoped in Roofing Limited was recommended to me by an acquaintance in the construction industry. Ryan reaffixed slate tiles which had come loose after bad weather. In another property, he replaced badly installed lead soakers. As well as properly installing the new soakers, he installed lead flashings. He showed me pictures before and after the relevant work and explained what had to be done. Ryan takes great pride in his work and is very tidy. I recommend Scoped in Roofing Limited.

  Single storey extension needed re-roofing.

  A great job from start to finish. Ryan and Callum are extremely professional. We had no worries about them or their work. They gave a very competitive quote, explained clearly what needed doing. Rang regularly to keep us up to date on the time of the job. They showed us before, during and after photos with a clear explanation of the work they had done. They are both very approachable and meticulous in their work. They tided up each day and left the garden very clean at the end of the job.

  Full replacement of pitched roof for bungalow

  I asked Ryan and Callum to come and look at a pitched roof replacement that was needed quickly due to selling. They were here to quote for it the next day and ready to go as soon as we got the go-ahead from the buyers. Their communication was excellent, the quality of the work outstanding and the entire experience was easy from start to finish. Ryan and Callum were personable and reliable and handled everything with regular updates and communication. They left the site clean and tidy, the price was more than fair and we couldn't be happier. I can't recommend these lads enough. 10/10 all round!

  Re pointing chimney, replacing flaunching, installing chimney caps

  The work carried out by Scoped in Roofing Ltd was excellent in every respect. Ryan was very good at keeping us informed throughout - both by text and in person. He discussed the issues with us and a range of solutions and he was happy to spend the time to find the one that worked best for us. This included chimney repointing, flaunch replacement. We are very pleased with the work. The price was good, they kept to the time schedules and provided photos of the finished work. We would happily use Scoped in Roofing again and have no hesitation in recommending them. They are excellent.
