Telephoned the company on 20th February 2025 explaining that my wc wouldn't flush. They sent their engineer on Friday 21st on Friday afternoon. He had a looked at the wc and also two dripping taps that I had. Went to his supplier to get the spare parts he needed. Came back and repaired/replaced on the faulty items and was finished by 5.00pm. All within 24 hours. Very impressed by the prompt service, efficiency and standard of work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Was having to flush the toilet by pouring water in the top of the Cistern. Jack knew exactly what the problem was and got to work straight away. It was fixed within the hour! Really happy with the repair.

Fantastic service - replaced my old kitchen sink k and tap with professionalism, care and perfectionism. Really impressed by the amount of care taken (ie trimming the worktops slightly) to get the job done to an excellent high standard. Really happy and would highly recommend
