Booked in for next working day and the engineer arrived at 8:20am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part at fault (in this case, the motor brushes). I paid £75 which they said an engineer will come and check and do repair will only have to pay for replacement parts, I explained my job properly and gave them the make of the cooker in advance just for the engineer to come to tell me it’s the plates that need replacing without checking anything just took pictures to find out the price of the parts needed. Which would have found out before coming, the fact I got someone else who fixed the problem without buying parts made me feel like robbed by these ones.
