Good understanding of what we wanted to achieve from the start. Quote preparation and adjustments to the quote went a bit back and forth (and I'd recommend unique quote numbers in future it was confusing what was the latest quote). Instructing the work, the work itself and the final result are all great. The team are very personable and conscientious. On the final day I requested they come back when they'd already left because I didn't quite like the finished result, they came back and put it right within 2 hours. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend to others.

You know what? They turned up when they said they would; always a bonus. They knew what they were doing and had everything they needed to complete the job. It was scheduled for two days, but they were close to completion at the end of the first day and stayed to finish. I got a day of my life back. I've delayed writin g this until there has been some rain. It's now been raining for 24 hours and I've been able to put the towels and bowl away. So, three cheers for SCJ. All good.

SCJ replaced my pitched tiled roof and supporting structure, which was largely 90 years old with some patching at various points. They were professional in all aspects, had an office manager that was easy to communicate with, covered the building regulations (mandatory for replacing a roof fully, but not all roofers will mention this nor take care of it!), and provided an insurance backed guarantee. Our neighbours complemented us on the behaviour of the workers, too. Aftercare was brilliant - SCJ sorted out some minor damage the scaffolding had caused, and re-pinned our telephone wire.

Worked hard to get job done quickly. Priced reasonably for additional works.

Professional from start to finish, girl in the office was extremely helpful and the end result of the job was great, would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
