  Steve was fantastic from quote to completion, and I would highly recommend using his services. He communicated clearly, was accommodating with his schedule and went above and beyond to problem solve and come up with solutions when our supplier didn’t not provide enough material. He is also neat and tidy and easy to have round the house while completing his work

  Perimeter wall in need of repair following frost / wind damage

  My recommendation is avoid. Quality of work was ok but the builder is not reliable. I had to engage another builder to complete the work at my cost. Supplied quotation for storm damage was approved by insurer and I gave the go ahead for the work. Start date was a moving target. Work eventually started and undertaken over 2 days. This included some additional work (approx 1 day) that I paid form and the final day's work to be completed once the mortar had set - as advised by the builder. He never came back to complete the work, despite promises and then ignored further chaser communications.

  Repairs to wooden front door of house

  We were delighted with the quality of the job Steve carried out. He carefully assessed the cause of the problem we had with closing the door, explained the steps he proposed to take and was super efficient, thorough and (as we have experienced several times before) very customer friendly.

  Convert large bathroom to nursery and bathroom

  Steve and his team spent a month converting our large upstairs family bathroom to a nursery and a smaller bathroom. All the worked was discussed and agreed up front and all charged exactly as quoted despite some additional work and challenges that came up during the project. The team were incredibly tidy, polite, courteous and always turned up exactly when they said they would and went out of their way to work around us. Steve is one of the best tradespersons I've ever dealt with and I couldn't recommend him highly enough for any building or bathroom work.

  Roof Work

  Good Time Keeper. Keep clean and tidy of the work area. End product of the project completed on time. Good finishing. Always come out with solution for any issues or problems quickly and resolve without any delay. Very friendly and polite team. We will recommend Steve to any one who are interested either small or major jobs.
