3.33 Decorating new extension and other rooms

The initial interaction was great and part of the work that was carried out was done to a good standard. They arrived on time on the day and did what was agreed for the first part of the job. Next steps were discussed for part two of finishing the job. A couple of days later I received an email to say they could no longer do the work of part two and return to do the remainder of the house. They also promised to source a tiler which I relied on and was agreed only to be told 48 hours (and over a weekend) that this would also not go ahead.
