I cannot begin to tell people how amazing these builders are from start to finish, the hole team frm start to finish worked extremely hard every day and the quality in their work shows and speaks volumes. Everyday i was updated by coli the boss who told me about all the stages from start to finish. Any pr9blems that arose he was giving me the best advise and letting me decide what i wanted to do. S Cemenja was very professional from the very first meeting. He was able to identify issues with the structural report obtain from a structural engineer. This gave us confidence our home was in good hands. S Cemenja was always ready to give advice and guidance, working with us to renovate the whole of downstairs. Removal of lower chimney breast and 2 supporting walls, external doors blocked, new plasterboards and plaster. He and the team also opened up under the stairs, added a new spindal staircase and plastered upstairs.
