  Attention to detail stood out

  We received a few quotes but went with Scarlett Installations because not only was the quote competitive but the way everything was explained and our options discussed was better than the others When the work was carried out what impressed me was the attention to detail such as sourcing exactly matching sealant to the grout colour for example. Communication was clear throughout and all our options explained. Very happy with the finished work and the experience overall.

  Very good communication throughout, we had numerous questions which were answered promptly and in detail. Work carried out as discussed initially and Martyn and team punctual and friendly. We were included in every decision that was made and advised of best course of action. Work completed on time and area left tidy.

  Martyn and his team were amazing. Would recommend to anyone that needs their bathroom redone. He recently redid x2 bathrooms of ours and was so helpful in thinking of solutions and design choices.   Outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism and problem-solving!

  Truly outstanding service. Martyn and the team delivered a premium finish with flawless tiling, neat silicone work and perfect alignment throughout. When the old bath was removed, hidden water damage was found. Martyn quickly diagnosed it, gave a fair quote and replaced the flooring without delaying the project. The team were tidy, respectful and easy to deal with. No shortcuts, no stress, just high-quality workmanship. A genuinely professional experience from start to finish.
