I engaged the services of Scale Planning & Structures in July 2025 because we wanted to alter the roof on our porch from flat to pitched. Ben and his team were excellent at providing me with exactly the right advice specific to our type of house, and alteration required. Ben guided me through the whole process of providing him with all the relevant information so that he could produce the required documents to apply for planning permission. This was agreed in just under 5 weeks! Ben and team were excellent: great service, timely communications, and very fair prices - highly recommended!

Ben was extremely helpful talking us through every step of our renovation and house remodel, allowing us to make several versions of the plans to see how it would feel. He produced all the documentation to get planning consent and even included additional features not part of the extension but likely to be part of future internal works. Assisted with the building inspectors who can be tricky individuals.
