9 Oil overflow pipe repair

Person I spoke to on the phone , was nice enough, however the guy who showed up to do the job , was unfriendly and not very talkative, call out charge seems expensive compared to other quotes received after I had agreed this , and they also charge VAT , even though it says they are not VAT registered.Verified reviewerJob location: CM810 Gas Cooker installation

I contacted silviu for boiler service. He came the next day serviced my mum's boiler (didn't clean anything inside)and said that it needs parts replaced. He didn't explain to my mum that there will be extra cost if it was done on the same day! The price he charged my mum was astronomical. I tried to get him to explain but he said that he did tell mum that was going to be that expensive. My mum said that he didn't otherwise she would not have agreed for the boiler to be fixed.
