SBS were easy to contact, returned calls promptly and were punctual on visits. They advised different options for our floor and answered our questions thoroughly. We are delighted with the new floor - robust, level and beautifully finished. Our house is old with no straight walls so the job wasn’t straightforward but the challenges were met. On site the builders were tidy, respectful and polite. We felt confident leaving them in the house alone. Thank you SBS.

My roof needed new felt, battens and quite a lot of tiles. SBSSW Ltd have been my go to for several years fitting Kitchen, flooring and repairs after burst pipe. Always excellent so was fully confident to ask them again. Everyone who attends has been professional, polite and a true craftsperson taking pride in the finished result. Happy to recommend.

I have used SBS for two small jobs recently. The first involved replacing roten timbers supporting an up and over garage door and tracing the source of a leak in the garage roof. The repairs were done promptly and efficiently and to a very high standard. More recently SBS have replaced a flat roof over my boiler room, which had been badly botched by a previous builder. Andy, the roofer, did a brilliant job and it was clear that he took a real pride in his work. The roof now looks good for another twenty years ! All the tradesmen involved have been charming and courteous.

SBS are totally reliable, professional and friendly. The work took a few days and was extremely well done. The men doing the work were professional and friendly and flexible in their work schedules.

A very practical estimate for the work was presented, with realistic possibilities of what might be required once the defect was exposed. The work team (8 individuals over 4 trades) were very experienced and skilled. A good plan was made, and the job finished to a high standard. Water ingress is very difficult to tie down, so time will tell if it’s 100% effective, but further options are possible if there is a residual problem.
