A stressful experience working with Paul with the end result meaning lots of areas require ££ of attention, capable of great work but let down by a defensive 'gun hoe' attitude. Missed days, constant demand for payments, , reluctant to follow 3D plans. Its always your fault, or the suppliers or the materials. Came back once to fix a devastation after payment, didn't come back again, blaming a handle (which was not the problem). Lots of time given to fix.

Thanks for the feedback, apreciated as always. Now, as mentioned on multiple occasions to this customer, kitchen installs require proper planning and proper plans to fit. He didn't listen or provide plans, I have images I will upload of my work on here for any potential customers to decide. At every stage he haggled a set price, insisted on providing sub standard materials, and wanted a champagne finish on a cider budget. I pride myself in always delivering a high standard finish to suit all budgets, but in this case, clearly, there is only so much you can do to help customers like this, not to mention the countless extras carried out and expected and may I add not charged for.
Stated that poor workmanship in areas I hadn't even touched, when a working relationship goes that way, there is no going back unfortunately.
