  Brick Built Extension

  Sean and Richard did an excellent job from start to finish. The job was priced up quickly and very competitively. The job started with digging out deep footings right up to the insulated rubber roof, including doors and windows. All work was done within the agreed schedule. They turned up when they said they would with Sean contacting regularly via text message and they worked in poor weather too. We are very pleased with the workmanship and I dont hesitate to thoroughly recommend Sean/SBS.

  Brickwork stitching and rendering

  After posting the job, I received a prompt response expressing interest in the work, Sean came the next morning and we looked at / discussed what I need done, I received a reasonable quote the same afternoon and as I already had other meetings in my calendar it was agreed the work would be carried out the following week. Sean arrived as agreed, and completed the works in two days as discussed. The whole process went really smoothly. I will certainly be using Sean’s services in the future should the need arise

  Porch built on the side of property.

  Sean constructed a porch on the side of our property. We had a few issues with 3rd party suppliers but managed to find solutions efficiently. We made a few changes to the design throughout the build but Sean accommodated with no fuss.

  Sean came to look at the job, gave his professional opinion as to the best way to do the job that would give longevity and be aesthetically pleasing. He gave a quote and date to complete the work required. Sean arrived on time, he was friendly and courteous to myself and my neighbour. He kept his work space tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in using Sean again. Thank you Sean

  Kitchen floor renovation

  Sean was very reliable and did an excellent job on my parents kitchen floor which was damaged due to a flood. He was punctual and very polite. Would definitely use Sean for other works.
