Shaun contacted me quite quickly after I posted the job. He came & viewed what needed doing, also said he could do two other small jobs and came back with a realistic quote within a few days. Hopefully, there’ll be another damp problem in the hallway has been sorted and re plastered. He also put additional flashing on a leaky conservatory roof and fixed a leaky velux window. Shaun was very cheery & professional. All the work appears to be completed to a good standard. He offered sensible advice on the problems. Would recommend. Great to finally find a skilled tradesman happy to do small jobs!

Shaun was so nice and friendly to deal with from the initial quote to the job being completed. His communication was excellent and always kept me informed of progress and anything I needed to be aware of. I can't fault his work and he worked so hard. He is so knowledgeable and would offer is ideas/suggestions, but wouldn't push them if I had other ideas. I would highly recommend Shaun and would use him again for future work. Thanks Shaun

Shaun contacted me very promptly after putting my small job on Checkatrade. I was worried about the colour of mortar that might be used. On sending a photo of the surrounding brickwork, Shaun, took it upon himself to come to look at the brickwork in person. The job has been completed today. The mortar is yet to dry but looks a good match. The airbrick is neatly in and finished.

I am in the process of purchasing a house. We suspect that a wall is not load bearing but require confirmation before proceeding with the purchase. At this time we were only after confirmation that it can be done but will be looking for a builder to conduct the work in the next few months once the purchase has completed. Shaun completed the inspection at no charge and with a good level of feedback. This has laid great foundations for any work which we use him for to carry out the work.

I can highly recommend Shaun. He attended our property promptly to put up a new ceiling after we had a leak. He was very friendly, courteous and communication was great from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use him again :)
