Prompt and efficient work.

Arrived an hour late with no prior warning, but extremely knowledgeable as well as tidy and polite. The quality and thoroughness of the service is second to none for the price. Will not hesitate to get Shaun back next year.

We had an exceptional service from start to finish. He installed a 300 litre water cylinder, has excellent technical expertise, he gave very good advice at every stage and was patient whilst we resolved mishaps on deliveries. I highly recommend his outstanding services.

After several failed attempts at getting someone to come and service the Heat Pump SBM Energy Solutions responded quickly to my Checkatrade enquiry with a quote. After agreeing the quote a date and time was set. The weather wasn't good on Friday but he turned up 30 minutes early as he wasn't sure what the road conditions would be like. We cannot fault his work or interaction with us over how to get the best out of the Heat Pump. We will be taking his advice about an alternative Frost Protection and look forward to welcoming him to do that and the regular service. We're so impressed we've posted.
