  Installation of engineered wood flooring

  We had a great experience with Stuart at SB Flooring fitting new engineered wood flooring to one of our upstairs rooms. Stuart provided a competitive quote, was able to do the work promptly and we’re very happy with the finished work as well which has been done to a high standard. Would recommend SB Flooring and would use Stuart again.

  Couldn’t have gone better

  Stuart has just finished laying new flooring throughout most of the downstairs of our house and we are so pleased with the result. The work was finished quicker than originally planned and he charged less than a local shop. Stuart was very friendly with advice, and whilst he did the work and even helped us put some furniture back. Amazing.

  Full House Refloored

  We had our whole house refloored with LVT downstairs and in bathrooms and carpet on stairs, landing and bedrooms. Stuart helped advise on the best materials for our requirements and budget. Stuart is personable, non intrusive and punctual. The quality of the work and finish is excellent.

  Excellent flooring job – professional, tidy, and great value

  Stuart did an excellent job installing new laminate flooring in one of our rooms in East Oxford. The work was very well executed, with a beautiful finish and great attention to detail. He was professional throughout, extremely neat and tidy, and left everything clean and well looked after. Communication was clear and easy from start to finish, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work delivered. A real pleasure to work with - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.

  Fitting a runner carpet

  Stuart did an amazing job whipping and fitting a runner carpet on our stairs. We ordered the carpet from Tapi, but when we decided we wanted a runner they increased the cost by £100s to whip and fit it. Stuart quoted a much lower price that meant we could still afford to make this change. Stuart also didn't complain (or increase our quote) as the job got more complicated - flooring needing glueing, Tapi forgot to send grippers, etc. And he gave us useful advice on desqueeking the stairs. The carpet looks great. A very low stress experience, I'll use this company for any future carpet needs.

  Excellent job from SB flooring

  Stuart was able to visit our property and carry out some work on quite short notice which we really appreciated. He replaced the vinyl flooring in our bathroom and replaced some warped floorboards as well as removing the old tiles and layed some new lvt in the kitchen. He was polite and friendly and gave helpful suggestions about things we had not considered. He was incredibly efficient and finished the jobs quickly. The kitchen tiles had to be cut to for flush with cupboards and allow heating pipes in a cupboard we are so impressed at the finish. Would definitely hire again.
