Shaun was excellent, arrived promptly and took 90 seconds to diagnose the problem (switch was actually for the extractor fan) and located the "missing" oven master switch buried at the back of a cupboard. Had to force him to take payment as he was about to leave with nothing. Top bloke and we'll definitely use him for our next "proper" electrical job.
