Excellent - I texted Sunday night and they came Monday morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it at a fair price.

Initially came out to complete drain survey, explained everything they found in detail and sent us the camera footage to view ourselves. Returned to complete the work recommended from the survey to repair drainage. Also accommodated us in moving outside WC soil pipe to opposite wall. We were both really impressed with the team, very friendly, explained everything they were going to do, clean, tidy and professional. Would highly recommend their services.

Craig arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem with clear explanation throughout. He gave helpful advice on what to do next and left everywhere tidy, providing a detailed report of his findings. We had agreed the price in advance and there were no 'surprises'. Impressive service by two great guys. After diagnosing tree roots having broken through the drainage pipe to our septic tank, the pipe was lined to prevent that happening again. Fascinating procedure during which only a small hole had to be dug in a flower bed (minimal damage) under which there was a pipe junction.

Phoned within minutes of enquiry through checkatrade. Clear on prices and what job would involve and who would do job. Able to come at time to suit me. Jason was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Explained the job and cause of blockage. Cleared everything away. Can’t fault would definitely recommend.
