  I had an excellent experience with steve who went above and beyond to help me out of a tricky situation of a water tank leaking and no hot water. He showed clear communication throughout, was on the phone or via text if there was any problem and communicated every single step with me stage by stage and that improved my confidence with dealing with any issues. He also came out immediately and was very helpful and determined to find the root cause of this ongoing frustrating problem that I have had for the last 5 months. He really was brillant, hardworking and I highly reccomend his services.
