From the moment we first contacted SB Air Conditioning Ltd for a quote right through to the installation of our new unit, the service was outstanding. The team were extremely polite, clearly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked tidily throughout the installation. We were especially impressed that they even offered to help move our furniture back once the job was complete — a small gesture that showed how much they care about their customers. I would highly recommend them!

SB Air Conditioning installed an aircon system in three bedrooms in our house in May 2026. Spud was so easy to deal with, really reassured us and explained everything in simple terms. I had a few other quotes and I found others made me feel like I was asking for a lot, and that it would be a difficult job. Spud was completely unfazed and his confidence was infectious. He and his team completed the job in less than two days, were so respectful of our house, immaculately cleaned up after the work was done, and we are over the moon with our new system. I can highly recommend SB Air Conditioning.

Contacted SB about installing AC in our home and he quickly came round for a site visit/quote. We did have another quote which actually was slightly less, but after meeting Spud I could tell his eye for detail was top notch and was happy to pay very slightly more, and I'm so glad we did. After agreeing on a date and price, SB turned up exactly on time and got started. A few hours later, it was all done and you'd never know they'd been - the work is so neat and we're very happy with the workmanship. He spent time going over how it works, and setting up the app etc. Very pleased with everything!

In September 2025, Spud installed 1x outside and 3x inside units. All app controlled. Very quiet when on. Clear and upfront pricing. No hidden price jumps. Payment once all work was done and working fine. Very considerate, clean and tidy.

Spud asked for Site photos of the Units ahead of the visit in order that he was familiar with the set up. He arrived on time and advised what the service entailed and that I would receive a report on completion. Spud was personable and professional in his approach and treated our home with respect leaving all work areas very clean after the work was carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Spud to others or indeed using his company for future services

Spud arrived on time and has done a very good and neat job of installing our conditioning unit. He cleaned up thoroughly after his work and explained how everything worked. Very friendly guy as well and would thoroughly recommend his company.
