  Repair leak around chimney

  Asked Sayers and Sons to help with a leak around a wood burner chimney, that had been difficult to resolve previously. They were professional throughout and have fixed the issue, for a reasonable fee. They were organised, tidy and their work appears to be of high quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thanks guys.

  Refelt / Tile of cottage

  John and Jake Sayer are a great team. They refelted / retiled my leaky cottage roof. They came promptly to view the job and started only a week or so after. They were very efficient in their work (in extremely hot weather), good natured and they communicated well throughout the project. I am very happy with the finished roof, in particular the tile fitting around rooflights and the replacement of the barge boards, soffits and Norfolk capping. The cottage was left extremely tidy and clean at the end of the project. Highly recommended!

  New roof ridge & hips

  From the moment we met Jake & John, we were impressed. They came over quickly to provide us with a quote, explaining clearly what work we needed doing. They are both very knowledgeable & professional. Pricing was very competitive. The job was started quickly with them organising all of the scaffolding we needed. They worked with A&B Scaffolding - who were also great. The job itself took about 3 days. They were extremely tidy & took time to talk through what they were doing. They also rectified another issue we had with our roof felt. We would have no hesitations in recommending them - 5*
