Saxon Extraction Services provided a superb service from start to finish. Prompt response to initial enquiry. Excellent communication regarding dates. Friendly, polite and approachable at all times. Excellent work done. Despite it being a filthy job and the weather not helping, left the whole site extremely clean and tidy. Wayne and Mike removed soaking wet cavity wall insulation for us. They were amazing from start to finish. There was water streaming into the lounge and they moved other jobs around to get to us quickly. They were very professional, worked like trojans to get it all removed with 2 days and cleared up thoroughly when they’d finished. They were very respectful and so pleasant to deal with. Plenty of pictures taken to show all the empty cavity when complete. They were also very reasonable in price. If you need cavity wall insulation removed, then these are the guys to do it. After some weeks of good communication and advice Wayne and Mike removed cavity wall insulation from the South west facing wall of my 1950's coastal Bungalow. The bottom of the cavity was filled with sand and rubble which was causing damp inside. It had been installed on a government scheme and was broken up at the bottom . Both Wayne and Mike were friendly polite and very informative, they cleared the wall in a day , put some airbricks in and left the area completely clean and tidy. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this work.

Wayne & Mike upgraded the insulation in our loft and above our garage. Work carried out professionally and a thorough clean up done afterwards. Best of all it really has made a positive difference to how warm the house feels.

Wayne and Mike have just finished extracting Rockwool insulation from our whole house following penetrating damp issues. From initial inspection through to finishing the job their knowledge and experience was clear to see. The time taken to explain the process and update as it went along was really appreciated. Both were professional, even working through filthy weather conditions, and conscientious from start to finish, tidying up after themselves and taking particular care when working internally. Positive feedback also received from our immediate neighbours.

Wayne and Mike arrived on time and worked non-stop from 08.30 until 17.30 to extract the cavity wall insulation on a bitterly cold day. They were polite and respectful of my property. All resulting rubbish was removed and the site left tidy. They even replaced two of the bricks with air bricks to facilitate the wall drying out and have provided photos to confirm the cavity is now entirely clear. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - happy with the end result and the cost of the work.
