On time on budget good clean job polite personal

From the start the company helped to get this done. There were many challenges to overcome which they helped with. The 2 lads turned up on time, explained everything they were going to do. Completed the work in a very orderly manner. And they cleaned up after the work was completed.

I wouldn’t use this company. They have done nothing but hassle me for an appointment, they lied and said they have sent several letters (haven’t received one) workmen turned up several times without a confirmed appointment. I called the office and their attitude was disgusting, I asked to speak to a manager and was called back by Louise (manager) who actually laughed at me. I asked them to send me a copy of the letters they say they sent but she said she could only send a template. They seem to use bullying harassing tactics to gain entrance to your property. Very unprofessional.

Efficient service start to finish. I had both loft and wall insulation installed at my house. The staff were great start to finish and were super efficient. Thanks for all your help
