I wouldn’t use this company. They have done nothing but hassle me for an appointment, they lied and said they have sent several letters (haven’t received one) workmen turned up several times without a confirmed appointment. I called the office and their attitude was disgusting, I asked to speak to a manager and was called back by Louise (manager) who actually laughed at me. I asked them to send me a copy of the letters they say they sent but she said she could only send a template. They seem to use bullying harassing tactics to gain entrance to your property. Very unprofessional.

Efficient service start to finish. I had both loft and wall insulation installed at my house. The staff were great start to finish and were super efficient. Thanks for all your help

We had loft insulation and trickle vents added to our windows via the government grant for insulation. First of all they sent a surveyor to measure up check we qualified for the grant which was confirmed. We were then offered an insulation date for the insulation and two guys arrived as planned and did the work without any problem. Both guys (as well as the surveyor) were very friendly and polite. After the work was complete they tidied up and although there was virtually no mess left one of the guys insisted on having a final hoover up even though I said I would do it. 5 star recommendation

I had some government funded cavity wall insulation carried out. The men were punctual, respectful and carried out the work efficiently, explaining any questions I had.
