I was recommended Save Our Sash by a neighbour and we went with them, after getting another couple of quotes and being doorstepped by Anglian. Our first-floor bay window and a separate fourth sash window were really causing us discomfort - old, draughty, single glazed,. Joseph dealt with our case from start to finish and he was really helpful with explanations and answering questions. Communication was A+. The team was punctual, polite, careful and respectful. We are about to have our first winter with the new windows but I’m 100% sure we’ll be 1000 times more comfortable with double glazing.

Replaced single glazed sashes with new double-glazed units. 7 windows over 100 years old, from difficult to access small bathroom to large venetian windows, completed on time with full restoration and decoration of the frames including replacement of one large windowsill due to rotting. Consultation gave professional understanding of work and process involved, much more collaborative than competitors. Installation team were prompt, courteous and meticulous in their attention to quality of their work as well as keeping the flat clean and tidy. Could not be happier with the result.

Here to share a good experience with SOS. They did the sash windows in a hotel refurbishment. They are a knowledgeable outfit with high quality of service and finish. Was very happy to have used them; would use them again; and would recommend them.
