  Dale responded within the hour and as it turned out, was in our area on another job and offered us an appointment for the early afternoon. Arrived as agreed and performed an excellent repair to our leather armchair that had suffered significant damage to the seat. Not only was he able to repair the surface damage but also strengthened the cushion to eliminate a crease where it had become deformed. We cannot tell there was anything with it now! We would highly recommend SMS for any upholstery / furniture repair. Many thanks.

  Replacement reclining chair motor

  Fantastic service from Dale. We were given full information about the job beforehand with estimated lead times for a replacement chair motor, Dale carried the job out on Christmas Eve and all we are very happy. Dale is a really nice guy and we would recommend to anyone.
