We contacted Fred when we found that our lock was broken and we couldn't lock it or leave the house because we couldn't get back in. He came round and sorted the lock so that we could lock it from both inside and outside while he ordered the retrofit replacement mechanism. He kept us informed of progress and came round to fit the mechanism at a time that was suitable for us. A great job and a nice person.

We requested a new lock on our front door as our existing one was getting hard to turn. Fred wasn’t happy because the door was also sticking as it had dropped over the 30 years it had been in place. It is a really heavy hardwood door that is wider than a conventional one. Fred and his colleague adjusted the door by jacking it up and packing the lower hinges. We are really pleased as we were not expecting him to do that and our door opens and closes beautifully now.

We called out Fred for help with our sliding back door today, he came within an hour and was really polite, helpful and professional. Thankyou for your help. Definitely a business I will recommend to my friends and family!!
