Sam came round my house and offered a full loft inspection and write up for free in the style of a survey which normally costs a fortune. He then come across multiple problems such as ventilation and inadequate insulation which was then solved at a reasonable rate. Couldn’t rate SAS highly enough

I recently had Sam and his team round for a loft boarding project, and I couldn't be happier. From the quote to execution, their professionalism was clear. They boarded the loft, enhanced insulation, installed a new ladder, and modified the loft hatch. What impressed me most was their honesty. They advised against insulating the eaves in our old cottage, explaining it could cause moisture and mould issues, even though it would have meant more money for them. The team was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Sam and the guys for any loft work!
