A complete service from clear sales advice, a helpful and accurate survey, competent and friendly administration to the stars of the show the fitters; D & L fitted 6 sashes and 2 challenging casement windows with skill energy and attention to an excellent finish. Will use them again.

We requested a quote and the salesman was very friendly and informative. Unfortunately he massively over promised in terms of the fixtures etc on the windows, saying that the installers would be able to replace exactly. It took longer than the cooling off period for the surveyor to come, and he unfortunately stated that the salesman had mislead us. The company was not willing to commit to what their salesman had promised, and refunded our deposit after charging us £300+VAT. Disappointing that they're allowed to make things up and we paid for it.

Extremely helpful friendly team from the initial estimation to the final fitting. Good value compared to the competitors, but as consequence, quite a long lead time, if you can plan ahead - Highly recommended.

The company replaced 7 windows in our house. The team was incredibly professional, everything is finished to the highest standard and we were very impressed with how fast they managed to complete the job and how tidy they left everything.
