This is the second time I have used Sash Window Restorations for replacement double glazed sahes in existing frames. The service and communication was excellant from initial visit to installation. Darren fitted our sahes to a very high standard and explained the maintenance required. Very pleased with the new windows and restoration.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sash Window Restorations, from the office staff to the surveyor. All staff are very professional, pleasant & welcoming to deal with. Darren was accommodating, patient and kind. His craftmanship was meticulous and he also took time to show and tell where needed. I had a combination of new windows and restoration. I felt happy entrusting him in my home and he was very respectful, cleaning up each day. On his final day, I had a client here and I didnt even hear him leave he was so quiet!

A good job done in an awkward space, on the staircase. Scaffolding was required and Sussex Scaffolding Restorations arranged it to my satisfaction. Because the company is busy, we had to wait a bit but once they started, the work was completed in a day. They left a pole to open the window and showed us how to use it.

From first contacting them to completing the job every staff member has been really helpful and accommodating of our requirements and time constraints. The quotes were entirely reasonable and the standard of work carried out on the day (by Ian) was excellent. I really appreciated how clean and tidy he left the space afterwards. Our window now functions so much better and the room is already warmer. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for other windows.

Sash Windows Restorations refurbished three bays of Victorian windows in my property. Lloyd and Chris who carried out the works were competent and reliable, with high attention to detail. They communicated clearly and ensured to minimise disruption caused by the works. Michelle in the office was also very communicative and helpful. I wish there was a better quality assurance in the workshop where the new sashes were made. The ground floor units were redone twice due to quality issues. Overall I can recommend this company and their services.
