I had sash window draft proofing done at very short notice just before Christmas. Jason also installed new sash cords. He is professional, cleans up after himself and good at his job. I am a repeat customer. I used him 10 years ago to do some sash window refurb. He gives advice, is easy to speak to and polite.

Jason insulated all our windows and doors and repaired three of the Sash windows which he identified as being rotten. He also put locks on all the windows. He did this quickly and efficiently and tidied up after himself. He explained what he was doing as he went along and was always cheerful and punctual.

Jason did a great job refurbishing and draught-proofing all the windows in my new house (sash, casements, and French doors). He also put in new sash cords and fixed up a few things like a rotten wood sill and a new casement window. The work was really professional, and the price was very reasonable. Communication was always clear, and he clearly knows his stuff. No mess left behind either—they cleaned up every day. Jason has done a few different jobs for me on some very tall windows and on a full sash repair. Always does a professional job for a fair price and problem solves as he goes along. Highly recommended.

We had a damp ridden window frame the windows were black from water seeping through the gaps and the door to the balcony was so rotten we didn’t want to open it, we needed new windows and a door and it was replaced with a service I have never received before, the courtesy and respect for my property was exemplary, No mess they left the room clean and tidy every evening.They had to remove the whole frame and I live on the fourth floor with no lift!! the whole thing is beautiful looking and I cannot wait to show my friends such quality work. Jason was prompt He clearly knew what he was doing, and kept me informed as to what he found and actions he took to fix any issues. Before he left he made sure I could open all the windows and is a whiz with the hoover. I've asked him to come back to do the same refurbishment to the lounge windows.
