  Removing a partitioning wall.

  Simon came out very quickly to give us a quote. Once we explained what we wanted he understood our needs. Within days a written quote with everything that needed doing & a price arrived. We then booked him to do the work. Simon arrived on the date agreed, throughout the works both he & Callum were punctual, courteous, respectful of the property, very clean & tidy, also did some extra work that wasn't on the original quote. Work was completed in the said timescale, we would not hesitate to recommend Simon. We would certainly use Simon again.

  New Combi Boiler

  I had an old gas boiler and water tank removed and a combi boiler installed. My husband and I were delighted with the service provided. The job was completed on time with very little disruption. Any mess was dealt with and the time without hot water and heating was minimal. I would be very happy to recommend SAServices

  This is the second time we have used Simon to complete some work on our house. This time he completed a kitchen extension. I can't praise professionalism enough; his work was completed to an excellent standard and he kept us informed of next steps throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Simon to anyone looking to have work done on their house. Next, we're having a bedroom extension and I'm very happy Simon is doing the work.
