  Simon has worked for me laying a new patio area, refurbishing a store room with shelving and flooring as well as a dining room/ kitchen conversion with steels, plastering etc. Simon ,with son Callum has worked to an excellent standard in all aspects and has been completely reliable, trustworthy and professional in all aspects of his work. Simon has also shown that he understands his trade thoroughly and I would recommend him to other people without hesitation. Mark

  Simon is absolutely brilliant! From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. He completed the job quickly without compromising on quality, and the standard of his work was exceptional. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the finish. t really exceeded my expectations. It's clear that Simon takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the final result. Communication was excellent throughout, he turned up when he said he would, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I couldn’t recommend him more highly

  Garage conversion into a playroom with seperate utility area

  Simon was fantastic start to finish, very thorough in first meeting and quote taking on board all we wanted. Prompt and got cracked on, kept us up to date with progress, and kept the area tidy throughout. He was very knowledgeable about all areas from building, to plastering. to plumbing. Wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, and very much recommend him to anyone

  Removing a partitioning wall.

  Simon came out very quickly to give us a quote. Once we explained what we wanted he understood our needs. Within days a written quote with everything that needed doing & a price arrived. We then booked him to do the work. Simon arrived on the date agreed, throughout the works both he & Callum were punctual, courteous, respectful of the property, very clean & tidy, also did some extra work that wasn't on the original quote. Work was completed in the said timescale, we would not hesitate to recommend Simon. We would certainly use Simon again.

  New Combi Boiler

  I had an old gas boiler and water tank removed and a combi boiler installed. My husband and I were delighted with the service provided. The job was completed on time with very little disruption. Any mess was dealt with and the time without hot water and heating was minimal. I would be very happy to recommend SAServices

  100% recommend!

  This is the second time we have used Simon to complete some work on our house. This time he completed a kitchen extension. I can't praise professionalism enough; his work was completed to an excellent standard and he kept us informed of next steps throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Simon to anyone looking to have work done on their house. Next, we're having a bedroom extension and I'm very happy Simon is doing the work.
