Fast and a great job!

Amazingly responsive. From Checkatrade enquiry to completed job was only a couple of days. Punctual, professional, helpful, tidy and clearly a professional that knows his subject. I had one broken and one sunken inspection cover in my driveway - both now neatly dealt with. Super happy customer.

Steve is an excellent contractor/supplier. His behaviour was humble. His response time to the enquiry was swift. When he came to site he undertook problem solving to diagnose the issue. Next he proved to us what our problem was. No ego, no fuss. Just good old fashioned competence. We were delighted with his support and cost effective to boot.

Steve arrived at the arranged time and got straight to work unblocking the sewage pipe from my bathroom. When it was cleared and flowing normally again, he fed a camera down to inspect the pipe integrity. He asked me to join him while this inspection was carried out and we could see that the pipe had cracked and dropped slightly highlighting the cause of the blockage. He explained everything very clearly and advised the remedial action required to prevent further blockages. This has been booked and will be carried out soon.
