  Loose wire

  Henry was able to come out on the same day as I called about a loose wire connection between the washing machine and it had affected the boiler. He did well considering my explanation was terrible and I didn't really know what the issue was. He arrived and was professional and friendly. I really appreciated that he took the time to actually explain the issue to me patiently. He fixed the issue and would definitely recommend.
