Dan wa every professional and reliable! He fixed a boiler that 3 other companies tried and never did! He has also been back to fix some radiators, new sink taps and install a new toilet! Highly recommended and I have recommended to friends who have used him

Dan did a fantastic job sorting out our boiler. It was a tricky one and needed a couple of extra parts, but he sourced everything quickly and came back exactly when he said he would to finish the job. He was professional, tidy, and clearly knows his stuff. Really impressed with the service. 10 out of 10!

Dan turn up, when he said he would and did a great job

Our central heating completely stopped working earlier this year. With two young babies on a Friday afternoon in the depth of winter, we called on Dan to help us. Dan came round the same day, gave us a temporary fix, until the correct part had arrived on the Monday. He then ensured we were prioritised on Monday, to get the job done permanently. Overall, we can't thank Dan enough and have/will continue to recommend him.

Enter Sargent Gas and Plumbing, aka the boiler whisperer. From the moment I called he was more than understanding when explaining potential issue. The engineer was friendly, tidy, and knew exactly what they were doing, even with me asking questions about how long they have been an engineer. I didn’t have to pretend to understand anything, which was a bonus. Now my radiators are toasty, my showers are steamy.
