    Thorough, knowledgeable and a clean installation

    We were very happy with Luke’s responsiveness as well as the installation. With his experience the installation was complete in just half a day. All the other tradesmen made it seem like a big deal to clean/flush our hot water tank and install the new boiler that they were estimating 1-1.5 days of work. Luke also helped us identify a plumbing issue that hadn’t been resolved for years. Numerous plumbers who had visited us were fazed by the Hansgrohe system we had installed and couldn’t identify the issue with our Raindance shower.

    New boiler replacement

    Got a quote for a new boiler installation. accepted. told "be round wednesday". miss a call early monday morning, "you didnt answer so it wont be today now" turned up thursday instead - no worries. boiler swapped, good chat, quick work, good price. our thermostat wasnt connecting to the boiler properly. Messaged Luke, 1st March, said he would be round on 3rd. no show, no message. got an excuse after I messaged but then still no show 2 weeks later. messages being ignored, no response, had to get someone else out to correct the wiring - luckily it took them 2 mins.

    Fitted a new boiler receiver and thermostat

    We needed help installing a new boiler receiver and thermostat. We were able to get a quick appointment and he arrived on time. He was knowledgeable about our type of boiler (Worchester) and was able to complete the job in no time at all for a great rate. Friendly and polite, will use his services again!

    WHAT A. GREAT SERVICE WILL ALLWAYS USE LUKE NOW .ON TIME KNOW HIS JOB.VERY CLEAN HE TOLD US WE HAD A LEAK ON BOILER AND BRITISH GAS JUST CHECKED IT NEVER SAID ANYTHING SO WILL USE LUKE IN FUTURE FOR THAT AS I RECOMMEND SARGEANT AND SON ANYTIME THANK YOU VERY MUCH

    Follow up contact and advice

    Luke fitted a new combi boiler for us in 2022 as an emergency. Although we could not fault any of his work and efficiency, I would say that follow up attempts to contact Luke have been disappointing. We have attempted to contact him a few times since the boiler was installed with queries. He has proved to be elusive. When he’s said he would phone us back, he has failed to do so.
