Very happy with their work. Second time I have used them in the past few months, first for a boiler maintenance and second to install a new bathroom radiator - always efficient and on time. Very helpful and friendly plumbers. Get the job done well - I'd definitely recommend using them.

Today I had an arranged visit from one of Sargeant & son Ltd engineers to replace a number of outside old and leaky pipes. He was very pleasant and professional and explained everything that was required for the job to be completed. He carried out a first class job and cleaned up everything afterwards. The price for the work completed was very reasonable too. From start to finish I was kept informed by the office back up team. This is a very professional company that I would have no hesitation in using again.

We used Sargeant and Sons for a recent boiler service and we've been using them for a few years now. The engineer arrived within the alloted timeslot, he was friendly, professional and polite. Overall, I would definitely reccomend them.

Very helpful and professional company, very easy to deal with. They are quite busy and there can be a couple of weeks lead time for non-urgent works, but the works are completed to a high standard, their pricing is straightforward and they have been able to deal with all of my plumbing/heating/electrical needs so far.

Excellent service, Sharon responded really quickly to my search request for a plumber to fix an outdoor tap at our offices. Jeff arrived this morning and fixed it all within an hour. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, I've definitely stored their number for future needs and highly recommend.
