The office staff are a dream to deal with very polite, professional and helpful. Sargeant & Son installed my boiler a couple of years ago, I was so pleased I have them service it yearly. I've recently needed two new valves on the hall radiator which were fitted today and once again very pleased with the professionalism of the plumber. Very polite. Would certainly recommend them.

The engineers arrived early and worked non stop all day to install a full central heating system over a few days during the heatwave we were having, can't fault them at all, they done a great job.

The team supplied and fitted our replacement boiler in 2019 at a very competitive price. At the time everything was great. I then contacted 7 years later as we had mislaid the documentation. Within an hour Sharon replied, and within 24 hours Sharon had found and shared all documents. Above and beyond.

Very professional and polite. Was able to identify the problem quickly and then fixed the issue (a replacement ball stop needed). Tidied up afterwards and didn't leave a mess.
