Five months ago Andy came to view our ~15yo boiler, which was showing an error code and banging on startup. He managed to get the boiler working again and advised us that, given its age, it would be wise to replace the entire unit as opposed to spending any more money servicing/repairing it. It shut itself down for good recently, so we shopped around for quotes to replace. Andy's price was very competitive, his work was fast and to a very high standard, and he gave lots of good advice re. maintenance and the Hive system going forward. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Andy did a very professional job working through the house to certify the gas to all parts of the house and as well as the boiler. Pleased with the job he did and will get him back again next year.

Andy correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the missing part

Andy has completed a significant amount of work for us. He installed a new tank in the attic and relocated the boiler there. He completely renovated our en-suite and tiled it. He repaired and refurbished the floor and walls in our uneven room. He also moved a few walls to prepare for a fitted wardrobe. Importantly, he rectified numerous pre-existing faults in the house. Andy performs his work professionally and to a high standard. He is resourceful and able to personalize. He has been fair and transparent with costs, and if there were any minor issues, he would return to fix them.
